Very, very bad service from FNB credit card services
Need assistance from the credit card branch in order to remove a blockage due to 3 incorrect OTPs being entered but cannot get proper service from them. Each time you call you get an automated response that is not helpful at all. When a consultant answers they get your details and then claim they will be transferring your call to someone who can help, but the only thing that keeps happening is that you go back to the same ****ty automated response that does not help a single bit.

06 Feb 2019, 03:57The service from FNB credit card services is still very, very bad. After much time and effort my wife finally app**** for a new credit card due to the old one missing and not being able to use the details provided by them.
After receiving the brand new card yesterday and having it activated today at the bank, my wife was again assured by the credit card services staff that all is fine with the card and could be used for online transactions. When however, I tried making a payment with the card I find that the OTP (one time pin) is not coming through to the cell phone it used to come through in the past.
To this end, my wife is going to have to go back to FNB and contact the credit card services in order to find out once again why this OTP is not coming through to the cell number it is supposed to be. Why the "F" could this not have been sorted out today - why is the credit card services for FNB so darn unprofessional or is this their usual attitude toward black owned small businesses in this country?
This OTP issue (among numerous other issues) has occurred numerous times in the past which is obviously very impeding to small businesses like ourselves. We have lost resources many times due to these issues of FNB credit card services.
