Very, very bad service (******)

I have a cellphone contract with FNB. I port my number from MTN, to FNB. Then I noticed that they charge me for the phone and for the SIM card (like how is that possible?). I don't know how many times I've spoken to people from FNB, all the different people I spoke to, each one has their own version of what is happening at FNB.

I send them an email, expressing how unhappy I am; they charging me ridiculous amounts for the SIM card. In the email I send them, I asked if it was possible to cancel the SIM and just pay for the phone, they told me it's possible, that I can just port my number from FNB to another network. So I went to Telkom to try and port my number, even gave them my FNB account number. 3 days passed, so I called FNB to track my port and they claimed that they did the port transaction on their side, that I must check with Telkom; I went back to the Telkom store and they told me FNB rejected the port transaction; at that time I told the Telkom people that my SIM is a contract SIM, that's why the transaction was cancelled according to FNB people. FNB people told that the SIM is a promotional SIM card, that it's a free SIM card; they told me when I port my number, that whatever network I go to, they mustn't choose the option contract when they port my number and it will work. I went back to Telkom, this time around a different branch, again those *******s at FNB rejected the process, after they told me I can go ahead.

I send them another email. When you send FNB an email, they reply to that email after a day or 2, when they reply, they tell you that someone will contact you within 24 hours. I would send the email on Monday, then Thursday I get a call from them. I spoke to about 4 people after sending the emails; I spoke to a guy by the name of Norman Mghatsane Hlungwane who promised me that he will personally contact their porting department, to find out what's happening with my account, he said when I call in, I should just ask for him. I called, but he apparently he was busy on the line, so I was assisted by another lady, forgot to take down her name, but she had her own version of what is happening at FNB. I've been asking these people if it was possible to cancel the SIM or port my number to a different network and I asked if there will be any charges and they told it's possible to port and they will be no charge; but now the girl who assisted me when I was suppose to be assisted by Norman Hlungwane, she told me that there is a charge. This whole thing has been going on since September, the way I'm so fed up with them, I was prepared to pay that charge. On the 10th of November 2016, I spoke to a lady by the name of Noxolo Sabela, she came up with the solution of doing a port reversal back to MTN, then they give me a different number on the FNB SIM, she told me the process should take place on Monday the 14th of November, that I will receive text messages of the whole process. I never received any text message, my number was never reversed back to MTN, I'm still with this f'ing FNB.

Reason why I don't want to use their SIM anymore, is because they ******, I get 50 mins and 200MB from them, once that is finished, I would just buy from the FNB app. I couldn't even buy airtime, it kept saying that my number doesn't qualify. because it was a 073 number, for some strange reason they claimed on their side it shows that I purchased airtime; my bank statement didn't even show any transaction for airtime. Anyways, for data bundles, I don't even wait for it to finish, I would buy my own; I use an S7 Edge and 200MB is just not enough. But FNB still charges me out of bundle rates, I finally figured how to get airtime, but they still charge me the out of bundle, I mean ***?

I haven't spoken to a supervisor, last week when I called them, I demanded to speak to their supervisor and they told me their supervisior is not available, I don't know whether they avoiding me or what. They don't want me to leave their network and yet fail to keep me happy.

They inconvenience me, because now I have to make sure there's Wi-Fi wherever I go, in order to communicate with people, I can't send a text or call or even connect to the net via my data, because they going to charge me out of bundle rates. They really charge me an arm and a leg.

Because this whole FNB connect is new, it's like they testing everything with me. They punishing me for having a contract with them.

Did I mention that in the emails, whenever they reply, they forever apologizing, saying that it will be sorted out, but nothing is sorted out, instead they play games with me, telling me to go to the network provider and do the port transaction, only to reject it.

But arg there's nothing to do, but wait and see.

Reverse my number back to MTN and give me a different number on the FNB SIM or give me the same original FNB number, I don't care, I just want my number reversed back to MTN.

You people are really full of ****. You tell me that you are going to sort out my issue and as always, nothing gets done.

I spoke to some lady on the 23rd of November and she told me that my SIM will be migrated to prepaid; the out of bundle rates is supposed to be cut off today; I just called the customer service now to find out why haven't I received any confirmation, I was told by a girl named Dudu that nothing waas even logged.

So **** you Daffnie Govender for pretending that you actually logged a complaint on my behalf and **** FNB Connect, to hell with you all
