Very very bad service

Very very upset due to incompetence time wasting issues my account was blocked and the person called Motlatse at risk department who placed a hold could not be found for days and their telephone numbers not working even the branches couldn’t help removing the hold as there were funds paid to cover the overdrawn amount I’m really upset been with fnb for some time now been taken from pillar to post , department after department no one is giving a solution
