very very bad service

the most pathetic service from call centre to the branch can i please have my issue sorted , my own money that icant excess because of their stupid technical issues since friday

this bank is so ***********, some of them know about the issue some of them dont
technicians are usless all they know is switch orr your phone and switch it back on

can one person who knows what his doing at FNB please sort out this issue, even the branch could not sort out a log in issue, their otp takes time to come through till this thing expires and the technicians are the most useless at fnb, train your people properly for a company that is holding peoples money , clearly management at Fnb doesnt do any quality check on their staff

CAN I JUST GET ACCESS TO MY OWN MONEY , WHAT SERVICE IS FNB GIVING TO THEIR CLIENTS, EVEN THE BRANCH CANT HELP WITH THIS PATHETIC PROBLEM
