very upset with the service there!n bad attitude!

Fnb-Brakpan Branch<br> <br> Im so upset at the pathetic service and the rude consultants there! Went to get a replacement card, i went there early morning to get a consultant who wouldnt greet back nor tel me her name but instead opted to talking to her colleague who was not even ashamed to shout out how tired she was! N she definitly seemed less interested to be there!<br> <br> Very less energic the consultant did what i asked, from there, she doesnt communicate or advise that shes about to deduct money so i was left with a minus when infact i have money in my savings! Mind u, I had to ask her if there are any charges and i was going to transfer cash so that i dont end up with a minus that will end up charging me more! It was already too late! Then i was given a sheet to rate the service..as i filled it in, the very same consultant took it n she has the decency to ask why i rated her low!told her its to help improve the service!I mean she failed to greet,advise,SMILE?!<br> When i asked her to cancel the other account i was not using..with attitude she told me \its Deleted"! <br> <br> Im really unhappy i dont want to fetch my card from there! <br> <br> Carnival mall"
