Very Unsatisfied Customer

FNB advertise to help people that wants to consolidate their debt. I made debt in the covid time to keep my business open. I did not want to payoff my workers. We app**** to switch our house bond to FNB and to consolidate our debt under the bond and after weeks of waiting was rejected. Our debt would have been more manageable if they approved the application. The person that assisted us was confident that the application would be approved. Is it not the banks motto to help people to be better off financially?

I am very unsatisfied with their service and how the process was handled.

I will never recommend them to anyone that wants to make use of their services.
