Very unsatisfied client

Leelavathi. From the disputes department. Very unprofessional I need to speak to the manager asap. Fnb tell me that the debit order dispute is complete and money will be in 5 days. It's been more then 5 days. I spoke to Leelavathi explained to the agent and I got as a reply was Thank you for chatting with Leelavathi. If there is anything else we can assist with, please chat to us again.

Fnb is really bad bad service I wouldn't recommend anyone going to them as I am a Premium client and look how they treat me. I would like an answer now as only one debit order dispute was done and nobody said anything regarding the other dispute

I am switching banks if they do not get back to me today still
