Very unresponsive

very unresponsive and i am not impressed.

I sent an enquiry on the 19th of March, it is now the 7th April and there is no response to my debt review query. The account does not appear on my banking profile????

I am super annoyed, as all I am trying to do is pay off my debts and keep track of my finances, they are not making it easy at all.

I also went to a branch on Thursday to change my cheque account to a savings account and was told this would be effected on Tuesday since it was a public holiday, low and behold my account still reflects as a cheque account today......
