Very unprofessional service

I would like to air out my frustration from the service I am getting from FNB. They just put my account on hold and no one seems to know why. I have called all the departments to tell me what happened and no one has any explanation to give even the ***** department they told me its someone in the Tsakane branch that put my account on hold but no reason is given. I am unable to access my account for the past week and this is so annoying. Very very inconvent.
