Very unhappy New Customer

I have had the most unbearable experience with FNB.I decided to switch from my current bank to FNB and this has been the worst choice I have made.Firstly , I did the switch online,I must say that was a smooth process, then I got my card , transferred funds into the account and when I wanted to swipe ,no success, tried at 3 stores , still no joy.I went to the branch on the 21st I was assisted and told that there is no issues with my account or my card , I was also told that I should have come into the bank rather than doing it online (feels like false advertising) then I left with the assurance that it will work. The next day I tried to swipe and again still no success,so I call the call center and they tell me that I need to make a cash deposit,so I then decided to go back to the branch and again was told that there is nothing wrong but they will arrange a new card for me,I get charged for the new card although this is no fault of mine but I accept it and get a debit card for the interim.Today I wanted to use my card and what happened? I can't swipe again.I have been able to EFT and withdraw but not swipe, needless to say I am extremely frustrated and I want to move back to my old bank ! All the calls to your call center and then personally going in twice ,this has been an experience I don't wish for anyone!
