I have been a client with you since I was in school and I am now considering moving to a different bank.

Your changes to the eBucks rewards program rules have now made it impossible to earn reach level 5 unless all my finial services are with FNB.

I have gone from being on level 5 every month to. It being to get past level 3.

This is not the way to keep customers.
