Very unhappy FNB Business account holder

Our business has banked with FNB for 18 years. It served me well for many years, but I am beyond frustrated right now. I was told to update FICA documents & sent all that is required. Went to a branch & they confirmed (via phone with Business banking) that all is okay till 2027. But I still get "Your account is at risk of being frozen" emails weekly! Pathetic!
