Very unhappy customer

I requested a new card from them. They provided my non existing phone nr to the delivery department eventhough my nr have been updated in the branch 5 years ago. Now the delivery department cant deliver my card unless fnb update them with my number of the past 5 years. I phoned them they keep putting me through to wrong dept after 30 min I gave up. In the past 5 years I received 3 cards from them but suddenly they are just frustrating me with their non compliance and bad service.
