VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

We woke up early to take advantage of your deals, just to struggle. My husband tried from 12 o'clock this morning to get into your app. At 3:30 he still couldn't get in. This is very disappointed and bad from FNB. How can you have black friday, just to not be working... We couldn't get what we wanted as when we eventually got in, everything was gone. Really now... This is unfair.
