Very unhappy Client

I lost my husband on the 7 July and as a Muslim Widow we have a bereavement period. We can go out either work or if you have things to do outside your home you may do that. Because of our bereavement period when I do go out to do stuffI wear full Niqab, I've been to FNB several tkme in Vangate Mall but then I was stopped as I cannot enter with my Niqab. I feel this was so insensitive and also very much disrespectful without even knowing why. What about the ladles that wear Niqab all the time. This is unacceptable all levels
