Very Unhappy...

I have been wrongly charged by FNB. It is only a R125, but it is the principle of the matter. A client had made an immediate payment into my account from Capitec. The client had paid extra to have it clear immediately. One of my debit orders then went off. Now FNB is charging me for that transaction because they say the funds had not yet cleared and they honored the debit order. I was told by one of the client service people that it is a benefit as my account is in good standing with them. I never opted in for this benefit as I don't see it as a benefit. I want my R125 refunded to me as this is not in line with the Treating Customers Fairly Act. If this this is not done, I will proceed to take my business elsewhere as this is utter nonsense. I think, we as clients pay enough just to bank there and then to call it a benefit is a joke and I'm not laughing.
