Very unhappy 😭😭

Here I am, thinking I wouldn't have to come back here and complain about FNB after my last review. I feel like the bank decided they will make me pay, I am so disgruntled by this bank. The list goes on,unreasonable sudden bank charges,money slowly disappearing without any knowledge. Now, all of the sudden my policies lapsed but payment was debited from my account this month. If there was no money debited or what so ever this month I would have understood and be at peace. According to my research and policy agreement, A policy lapses if you have missed 4 consecutive payments. it happens you payed on the fourth month then you will abruptly fall behind with the other three payments. But, to my surprise they lapsed without even being informed as my salary reflects on them and they the ones responsible for deductions. I also am phased about the -(total deductions that were due) I always had on my statements showing money I owe, and them deducting on the next salary that is payed. I have proof on the app of the deduction made of the polices. I despise the day I set foot at FNB bank to open an account. Ever since, my financial life became a complete disaster and endless shenanigans occurred. I wouldn't recommend any one to Bank with FNB. Even get disturbed and flashed with these horrific acts that have been constantly occuring when I see adverts or any logo of FNB. I don't want anything to do with it .I'm done with this bank, there hasn't been time you call customer services and be helped immediately. Diverting from previous instigations till now, they will leave you hanging on call until you hang up yourself. This bank has been no use but just a complete nightmare of the past, as this is my que to leaving it to the people whom have no issues and have been prioritised by it. For me it has been nothing but endless regress.
