Very unhappy

Very upset Hi I took out a fnb funeral cover now when I took it out last month I asked the lady if the cover can start form first August she said yes instead I see today that it started this month July so I was wondering if the debt order for the fnb funeral cover can be reversed and the cover start next month as I wanted to do it because I didn't plan for it to be started this month and I need that money please help this is unacceptable please tell me what to do if you can't get a hold of me by phone please email me
