The only thing i can still say is that i am very very dissapointed - i have been advocating so much as to what a nice bank FNB is that my children, brother and a few friends have moved over the last couple of years - now with this issue - FNB is still harping on as to why the loan was declined and making sure they steer away from the actual problem which is they send an sms confirming loan approval and then declined that very same loan(which i still wonder is that even legal) putting me in a very "bad "position. In stead of saying lets talk about this and see if there is any way of solving this for BOTH sides. As they say - i am the little ant me being angry or in trouble because of the mighty big bank's mistake is not gonna change anything. The last thing i can say about this is - if you bank with FNB never trust any comunication that you receive from them because at the end of the day they are the same as the OLD TRADITIONAL banks - so THANK YOU FNB BUT BE SURE THAT I WILL NOT BE SINGING YOUR PRAISES AGAIN.
