Very terrible experience

I had the worse experience ever at FNB Kwadukuza Mall (22 May at around 9:58am). The guard was very rude to all the clients, especially my family and I. I should feel safe with the guard but instead I felt threatened more especially since my 3 year old was present, we were shouted at and humiliated in front of other clients. Since we had no interaction with any FNB staff member, the guard who represents the FNB brand outside the bank really let down a very well recognized bank.
