VERY SLOW & POOR SERVICE

Trying to get any communication with FNB is beyond frustrating. Their CHAT system on mobile app and web hardly works. On Mobile app it keeps logging me out. The staff at FNB take extremely long to respond to messages. Wonder if they are actually even working!! Maybe someone will actually respond quickly from this!!
