Very rude and unprofessional
I have received a call today as requested Maria from FNB was very rude and unprofessional she was not willing to listen to my problem at 1st place its like before calling me she has already made her mind FNB doesnt deserve to employ people such I am demanding for her Manager/Supervisor <br> \Please contact Maria Inacio on *** or [Email Removed] to avoid further action and costs to your account\" why is she sms me this details after dropping a call on me. not professional at all."
