very rude and does not listen

good day been having a bad experience with FNB E-wallet lately on the 30 they send 500 bought 5 airtime which means had 495 reimaning try to take out 450 did not allow me it only gave me 400 only ended up buying airtime that i dont want i know off the charges hat happen on e-wallet for it not to gv me 450 and only gv 400 yestarday same sent me 100 only bought 5 airtime to axcess that pin and went to atm only had an option for 50 bugs how is this making banking suppley wen all you do is not wanting to gave use our money you want to eat it very disppointed in you guys shame on you fnb
