Very rude agent ever!!!!

I have a very bad experience with an agent called Nozeal at your Homeloan Collection department. I needed a clarity onto something and ask for her to retrieve a call i made July. When i asked her how long is going to take to retrieve a call, she started to be chicky me with a rude voice and the worst she decided keep me holding on the call for no reason.
