Very questionable and unsavoury banking services rendered to the public.

Yho! FNB is ****ming me left right and centre. 25 November 2023 during black friday, i bought an airfrier online from pick n pay hyper in durban. the following Tuesday they confirmed that it was out of stock and the order was cancelled and that FNB should release my money into my account, until today i have not seen my money despite numerous emails for the refund. Again on the 26 Feb 2024, i had cancelled an Uber ride R174. Uber confirms that the ride was cancelled successfully but today i see a 'pending amount' ? Pending what cause the ride was cancelled?
