very poor vehicle license renewal service

I am trying to renew my vehicle license through Nav > Car, but the application was rejected due to outstanding documents. Even though I have supp**** all the documents when I app****. The FNB app doesn't allow me to resubmit the necessary documents, and even though I have requested an email address, to send the documents through, FNB have cancelled the vehicle license renewal and refunded me.

WHY?? How difficult can it be to just supply me with an email contact to have this resolved.
