Very poor service from fnb home loan division

Home loan division Am very annoyed as a client I feel FNB is treating me as if am stupid or desparate, I can't keep on calling you to get a service as if u your the only bank in south africa, I will move my bond to another bank if these kind nonsense service continues. I called on the 28/08/2024 requesting to be assisted they told me that I will receive a call on the 29/08/2024 in the morning and they explained that it's 3hrs turn around time. On the 29/08/2024 around 12pm I called again, they told me that someone will call me they are on launch and they never did they are lying/claiming they called me on the other number and I gave them my other number and I told them that other number it's off. My last call around 4pm they told me that someone will call. Am getting gatvol with these service.
