Very POOR Service from FNB!!!!

@FNB I am struggling to get in contact with my business banker! Or the person changes position and no notification to customers! I have a private banker, but she cant help me with my business inquiries!!!! WHY cant you allocate ONE banker for all my needs! I have 5 accounts with you ! Do I have to call a different person for every account! This is so so so stupid!!!!!!
