Very poor service from Fnb

My ewallet number was blocked since 27 May 2020 and I called the call center and went into the branch several times but they can't help me because they don't have access to the ewallet I can't get help from fnb so no access to my funds Currently ran out of ideas its really bad and unbelievable for a big bank like fnb My number *** Please help
