Very poor service from FNB.

I have come to the branch to collect a replacement card. I have been in the queue for more than an hour as I was away when the card was to be delivered. Seriously, how do you expect your customers to keep the economy moving if your service is so dismal? I am still not at the front of the queue. I have asked to speak to the manager, but I am waiting for her too!!!
