Very Poor Service Fnb somerset mall

I wouldn't even rate 1 star to the pathetic attitude of your staff and poor quality of service. They don't seem to be bother that we sit here 45min just to collect a card.There is no Manager present on site to assist at the Somerset west mall branch.These staff member look like they need annual leave or a vacation coz they look gautfol.Not interested in my time and needs at this branch
