Very Poor service

This is a follow up review to one previously placed on hellopeter about 1.5 weeks ago. FNB's level of service is quite poor, with little to no feedback on a report that I have submitted for ********** activity. FNB promises to phone back, but do not. As a loyal customer I am left with only disappointment, and as a professional entity this is rather disturbing.
