VERY POOR service delivery from FNB

I am absolutely appalled by the banks treatment of their clients. FNB are absolute lyers on service. They make the most fanciest adverts and promise they would help. This is where we are being fooled as clients. I app**** for a further advance on my bond. The conversation started on the 9th of February 2021. I must mention that my banker has been very professional and courteous. I've had to send additional information which is absolutely ridiculous to start with.
