Very poor service

After 30 years and soley relying on my bank we needed them the most I will be moving to another bank, my home loan instalments is paid on time each month for 17 years, not one payment missed, now we need a new bond other banks app**** in days FNB its almost 7 days still waiting due to system problems we are now forced to make a decision to secure our other property..... FNB how can we not help you should be you new logo....
