Very Poor Service

As a Private Client, I must say the service I received this past week was ****. I don't want to explain myself, it Wil just upset me further. Bottom line for over a week it's difficult to connect to my online banking or app. The banker knows the problem but does not evens confirm with me if everything is sorted. We'll all I can say is my experience was ****. On top of that I made a lot of calls but still could not be assisted.
