Very poor service and *********** staff for home loan refund processing

Very poor customer experience as I needed a refund processed from my home loan account and was pushed from pillar to post. I submitted all verification documents, proof of payments made yet it has taken a week with no resolution and thoroughness in reading statements by your consultants.

It’s pathetic that a 72yr old long-standing FNB customer to be treated like a common **** and be given sub-par responses in actioning such a matter when a client is obliging.

Consider me a lost customer!
