Very poor service and ******* credit listing
I have logged a complaint two days ago to your personal loans department. Ref***F. I have not received any response. you guys listed a loan as arrears on my name that is already paid off. i did not borrow a r1600 from you guys. resolve this asap or i will take it the ombudsman.
my personal banker was of no use so please do not even make him get in touch with me. that service has always been exceptionally useless.
