Very poor service and full of lies

My personal loan has been paid up and fnb did still debit my acc,i called them to reverse it,they told me about 7days.Today is day 9,nothing waa paid back to me after calling them everyday.What kind of a bank is this?They keep on promising me by the end of the business day.They keep on lying to me everyday.I am going to take this matter up with my lawyer as all calls are recorded.And i am going to put everything on social media.
