Very poor service

Getting this Gold credit card from you was going to be a nightmare first the you took for ever to complete my application and l had to do numerous follow up to get this card sorted eventually everything was finalized and l was advice that l will get my card in 48hrs

On Tuesday 8th l got this message from you reading as follows ******* FNB:-) Takealot Delivery Team will be in touch to arrange delivery of your credit card. FNB-div of FRB Ltd and yes a day later agent from Takealot called me to confirm the time and day the card will be delivered and later on l got this sms ***********Your FNB Credit Card will be delivered Fri 11 May 1pm-1:30pm by Takealot Delivery Team, ********** 500. Copy of ID and Proof of Residence will be required. Ref ********** 7 ******* as l write this l didnt know that bring business to your company is such a winding and tiring process l even end up not going to work because l was with takealot on the phone from 2 till 3pm and l spoke to some so called manager by the name of Ricado Sagewis who was every unhelpful all he told me was the card was given to Fedx and they don't cover my area which l personal feel like had they told me in the morning instated of sending me a reminder that l will get the card between 1pm-1.30pm .

Please do a follow up for me and find out whether or not l will get my card or l have to wait for nearly 1 month for a simply thing like this to be done l will never do any other applications with FNB because this such an appealing service
