VERY POOR RESPONSE ON SETTLEMENT OF COVID LOAN!

I am sooo ANGRY with FNB!

This is my second time going to Hello Peter about this matter. I have over time been given 3 settlement amounts on my COVID loan which I have settled each time. I get told to wait each time for it to be removed off my profile and then when I phone again there's a new amount!

This has been escalated over and over again and then they still can't tell me when it will be resolved! Having this loan on my profile is preventing me from pursuing other matters. They're happy to take the money but then don't follow through with their side of things. Ready to move if this doesn't get sorted out ASAP! YOU HAVE THE VOICE RECORDINGS! GO LISTEN!
