Very poor premier banking experience

i have been trying for 2 days now and I am very unhappy with the service and skill that FNB is demonstrating. I cannot for some reason increase my overdraft on my existing cheque account. FNB had elected to place me on some sort of limit reduction without my approval. I chose to not enquire on this because I did not require the facility for almost 2+ years. When I tried to increase the facility on 17/05/2021, I was told that the limit reduction plan must be removed before I can be assisted. I was told conflicting information today (20/05/2021) 1) There was no request to uplift the limit reduction. 2) The limit reduction was removed at 14.06 on 20/05/2021. 3) The limit reduction is still not removed by the risk department. I spoke to Gwen who advised me that there is no offer to increase my overdraft. I can only take a personal loan up to R300 000.00 or be upgraded to private banking and get a private banking credit card. Gwen told me that I can only have what is offered to me and not apply for what I called in for. So to me, If I want to buy a house or finance a car, because it is not offered I cannot apply? All I would like to know is, can my existing Premier cheque account have a higher limit on my overdraft. I have since also tried to apply for a fusion account but this was declined but when I app**** for a private client, it was changed. So again, because the monthly fee is more - FNB wants to help. I do not want Personal loan or Private banking cheque or credit card. That is the "how can you help me?" here...
