Very poor customer service from FNB home loans

I app**** for a home loan from my own bank FNB thinking they will give me better service throughout this process . Firstly , I have a very good credit score I never missed one payment on any of my accounts ,With FNB or any other credit provider . I asked FNB for a 100% loan for a house I was looking to buy But they only gave me 85% loan . So I phoned them and ask why is this the case ,They told me that the property is not worth the amount according to the evaluation . FNB did not even lift a finger to go out to the property to evaluate it .ABSA evaluated it R300000 more then FNB .Thye house was renovated recently . FNB did not even communicate with me for a second evaluation with a different person . I think it is time to move all my accounts to a different bank .
