Very poor customer service from FNB business

this morning they are payments for psira which is already done and it's been debited again from the account of similar payments.

Some of the payments are dated from October like the R2400 and they all were processed on Saturday.

To my surprise is that we did not do any payment on Saturday.

This morning when I spoke to someone from business accounts since she said she will call me she hasn't called and I need those payments reversed so I can pay reports for my clients asap...
