Very poor customer service

The reason why I wouldn't bank with FNB,Mandla who works at the branch of Heidelberg mall.I always have a problem with eWallet .He was very adamant not to assist me.He said to me if there he eWallet exceeded three days(72 days), it's not easy to withdraw it.It had to be reversed.Second option easy zone something .I can't remember the word exactly.
