Very Poor Customer Care from FNB Connect

FNB Connect: So I have an unlimited contract with FNB Connect at R399 per month. Last week I get a call from a FNB Connect consultant , because I'm a loyal customer the wan to offer me an additional 1GB of Data to my contact for an additional R65 per month with I agreed to. I was told that it would start on the 1st of June which I agreed to. On the 25th of May my debit order goes off and all is well with my service, which mind you hasn't been too bad over rthe last year. On the 1st of June I can't make calls.......... So I check my balance using *111# and lownand behold I no longer have any airtime ...... So I can the contact centre on 147 from my FNB Connect sim to be told that my unlimited contract bwas cancelled and replaced with a 1GB data package.......????? It has now been 6 days and I'm still not able to use the sim for calls as their internal system has a fault and they are busy working on it, and as per the last 3 days this fault should be resolved by the close of business today ....... Well here's my problem. In the last 6 days of this happening I have not received a single sms notification or an email or even a call to explain the issue and how it is being resolved. When I call and ask to speak to a supervisor I'm put on hold for about 25minutes and then the call is cut. I haven't seen anything on social media or on my Facebook or I haven't even heard from my private banker ...... Nothing no communication what so ever..... Am I being unreasonable in any way?
