Very poor banking service
It`s so sad when a person is trying to get hold of bankers because of the ***** that is happening on their accounts and there is no luck. You go into the bank and get told you have the call the ***** department which you cannot get through to, in the interim the monies on your account is still being taken, the consultants are for ever busy until everything is gone.

03 Feb 2023, 08:03The year has just started and your account is being *****ed and when you try contact your bank they give you the run-around until your account is empty or you end up in areas and it is still your problem not theirs. They keep telling you call the center where the phone rings for over 15 minutes with no response. FNB you need to make your customers your number 1 priority and have people working there that no customer service.
