Very Poor, ********* and Unprofessional Service from FNB

My late Mother passed away on the 10 May 2022, before she passed away she opened FNB accounts Savings and Investment My mother was born and bred in South Africa, she got married to my biological father ( late)who is Lesotho citizen. She opened both accounts in FNB using Lesotho passport instead of her RSA ID document. I submitted all the required documents A&B in the FNB branch in JHB Fox street from May 2023 and I waited for months, the was no response. I decided to go check what is the problem, FNB consultant told me to submit C&D documents, which I did. I waited for another month of July 2023 and No positive response from FNB. I went back to find out in the branch in JHB , I was told by the FNB consultant to submit E&F documents which I did again, then it was the waiting game for the month of August 2023 until running to September, the was No positive or courtesy call from FNB were we being sending all this documents ( I assume it's their Head Office). I went back to check what is the problem on the 20 October 2023 after not hearing from them. The FNB consultant whom she did all her best helping me on the branch level said they don't know why they don't realise the deceased money. This time I was asked why my mother used passport instead of her RSA ID document to open the accounts? That's a question I can't answer. I've got accounts statements showing that she was a regular visiting FNB branch in Ladybrand in the Free State and she last visited FNB branch in South Gate Mall in JHB before she met her death.

Am angry and frustrated of what really FNB treating me
