Very poor and shabby service

I would like to report a very poor and shabby service at FNB Bloemhof Branch,Northwest. My Dad passed away last year and my Mother was a beneficiary of his estate. Unfortunately she subsequently passed away six weeks later and then I was nominated as a beneficiary. So my Father had some funds available in his FNB Account and then I went to the branch to claim. I was sent from pillar to post by FNB Bloemhof Branch staff. I have never received any feedback from them and even to date nothing transpired. I want to report a very poor and shabby service experienced at FNB Bloemhof Branch Northwest.
