Very poor

The past month, I have been facing difficulties reaching my dedicated private banker for assistance with logging into my account. Despite being a private client and paying significant fees, I have not received any form of help or support. It is frustrating to feel that the benefits of being a private client have not been realized due to the lack of assistance provided by the bank.
