Very poor

I bought electricity through the fnb banking app and never received a token. It was for R1200.00. Then I bought again which I received a token. What now about the other R1200 which went off my bank account. Nobody seems to care. I phoned them explained the situation but they haven't refunded me as of yet. What now to do?????
